Cards in German (Ge), Polish (Pl), and Yiddish (Yi), and labeled accordingly (possibly with mistakes). Most are word cards but some contain miscellaneous notes. Notes not written on cards can be found in "Notes." One tray of notecards is alphabetically organized in Polish spelling, though many of the words are Yiddish (meldung, kuzin). Glosses are mostly all in Polish. Where the light-colored notecards start, the dictionary ends and there are Yiddish and Hebrew notes on historical events and books. Inside plastic bag marked 25, German terms begin. Plastic bag marked 23 has list of historical dictionaries.

The verter un vertlekh essays are organized by volume number and then issue number. Dates are most often marked by hand on the first page of each essay. Some contains two copies of the same essay or portions of the essay.
No full issues have been photographed. Only the last page of a unidentified issue is present.
